When you use the eligibility quiz, we collect your postcode, property details, income band, and benefit status. If you request an installer referral or concierge service, we also collect your name, email, and phone number. We store quiz responses anonymously unless you provide contact details.
Your quiz responses are used to match you with relevant grants and calculate savings estimates. If you provide contact details, we use them to connect you with MCS-certified installers or mortgage brokers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
When you request an installer connection, your name, email, phone, postcode, and matched grants are shared with the relevant installer(s) in our network. You consent to this by submitting the referral form.
We use minimal session storage to save your quiz answers between pages. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact us at privacy@energyhomecheck.co.uk to exercise these rights.
Anonymous quiz responses are retained for 12 months for analytics. Contact details are retained until you request deletion or 24 months after your last interaction.
